What is YEZTUGO?

YEZTUGO® is a long-acting injectable form of PrEP (pre-exposure prophylaxis) that protects against HIV-1 with just two injections per year (after initial starter doses). Approved by the FDA, it’s designed for people who want a discreet, highly effective, and low-maintenance way to prevent HIV.

What Makes YEZTUGO Different?

✅ Two shots a year. Once your starter doses are complete, you’ll only need one injection every 6 months.

✅ Discreet & subcutaneous. YEZTUGO is injected just under the skin — not into the muscle like some other medications.

✅ Up to 100% effective. Clinical studies show near-perfect protection when taken as prescribed.

✅ No daily pills. Perfect for those who prefer fewer steps or struggle with adherence.

✅ Covered by most insurance plans, with additional financial assistance available.

  • Men who have sex with men (MSM)
