Who We Are
B Brand is not a medical provider. Prescription products involve a telehealth consultation with an independent medical group and network of U.S.-licensed providers (“Medical Group”). Medical Group — not B Brand — is responsible for your Notice of Privacy Practices governing your health information collected during a consultation. Our site runs on Shopify, which has its own privacy policy.
Information We Collect
- Contact & identity information: name, email, address, phone number.
- Order & account information: purchase history, account preferences.
- Health information (for prescription products only): information you provide in a medical questionnaire, such as medical history, medications, and related health details, collected to determine treatment eligibility.
- Payment information: we do not store your full card number. Payments are processed by Authorize.net, which has its own privacy policy.
- Device & usage information: IP address, browser type, and pages visited, collected automatically via cookies and similar technologies.
How We Use Cookies & Analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies, including:
- Google Analytics — to understand how visitors use our site.
- Google Ads and Facebook (Meta) Pixel — to measure and deliver advertising.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes, and we do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number.

Marketing emails: unsubscribe via the link in any marketing email.
SMS: reply STOP to any text message to opt out, or HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply.
Access or delete your information: contact us using the information below. We may be unable to delete certain information if required for legal, security, or recordkeeping purposes.
California residents: under Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.83, you may request, once per year, information about our disclosures of your information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
